TARGO-MURES, ROMANIA 21-26.6.2003
Agora / Local follow up

The "Agora" in Targo-Mures 21-26.6. is first of all meant as the place for ECU-Net participants to work with forum theatre themselves and to have feed-back on this work from Gill Dowsett and Anna Gifford from Theatre Fforwm Cymru.
Unfortunately ECU-Net-budget can only pay the costs for participants from South-East-Europe, so EU-participants will have to fundraise for themselves (and / or together with Arttrain) to participate here.
Even though, the budget is already to small, we will try to add some extra elements to the Agora in Targo-Mures, and this session will be consisting of 3 elements / groups .
A. -
50 young people. Probably 2 persons age 15-25 from 15-20 organisations in Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, and Serbia. And the last 20 coming from Targo-Mures.
Funding for the participation of young people has not been secured yet.
B. - 50 ECU-Net participants and member of ECU-Net focus group.
C.
-
10 Project Managers working on the constitution of European Network of Cultural Youthwork, as our aspplication for a grant concerning a seperate meeting for this has not been approved.

Our discussion in Group A as a part of the training session in Porto, and with Group B in Leeds, suggested different transportation possibilities (since the budget does not allow using airtickets within SEE), and luckily there are some people that will research about prices and travelling times:
A. -

-

One bus starting in Pazerdjik (maybe the "Via-Orbita-bus from Velingrad) going Sofia-Pleven-Bucharest-Targo Mures with participants from Bulgaria, Romania + those from Western Europe.
Another bus going Skopje-Belgrade-Timisoara-Targo Mures with those from Macedonia and Serbia.

B. -
Originally Arttrain was thinking of using the nighttrain Sofia-Bucharest for transportation concerning participants from Macedonia and Bulgaria and in similar way using train Belgrade-Bucharest and then common busses Bucharest-Targo-Mures.
