Report from Open Space Workshops, Sat. 8.11.2003

Making the work applicable to young people:
- Making the vocabolary appropriate
- Making the work age sensitive. For examle if we are working with little children
- The joker should be sensible all the responsibility is ours. So we must be very careful when we are making contracts and explaining rules.enough to feel the limits and possibilities of the audience.
+ very important when working with small children to get them to use other names, when they are playing a part. Because they identify very deep with their role

We need to hold our power in order to help the group and the members of it to feel safe. The leader needs to be powerful, but not to use that power all the time. It is present and exists but does not need to be constantly used over the child participants

The trainor must be a model of behaviour and must model respectful behaviour for others as a practical demonstration to the children. We also abide by the contract.
